TTRO - Formal Notification - Knoll Lane, Little Hoole

Please find attached a copy of the signed temporary road closure on Knoll Lane, Little Hoole on the 29/01/2022 until 30/01/2022 to enable utility works to take place.

KNOLL LANE, LITTLE HOOLE, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the roads set out in this notice.

1. No person shall cause any motor vehicle to proceed over that length of Knoll Lane, Little Hoole from a point outside a property known as Hillock Farm for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction in the borough of South Ribble.

2. Nothing in this order shall apply to persons engaged in the carrying out of the works.

3. The prohibition will be operative from 0800 hours on Saturday 29th January 2022 until 1600 hours on Sunday 30th January 2022 or until completion of the works within this period.

4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the closure is via:-
Knoll Lane – A59 Longton Bypass – Dob Lane

The temporary prohibition is necessary to allow utility works to be carried out.
