Welcome Back to the Welcome Sign

Over the summer months the "Welcome to Walmer Bridge" sign, located on the roadside opposite the Fox Cub pub, went walkabout. The sign was eventually located after a gentleman and a young girl both reported to the parish council that they had found the sign lying in the grass on Dob Lane Recreation Ground. Thanks to the public spirit shown by these two people, the sign is now back in its rightful place.
